If you want to see true progress and see actual results, for most people the key to being more athletic and/or capable isn’t to eat less. The answer is fairly simple: increase your work capacity by training hard and eating more.

Read the article and thing about how you train and if you are eating to support your training and make gains. We’re not talking about “bulking up” but you do need to eat to support the intense workouts and improve your body composition by adding some lean muscle.
