Because we missed the weightlifting class on Monday due to Labor Day we will have a make up session at 9:30 am on Saturday. If you are in the class please try to make it. Sorry for the late notice. We will still have the 10:30 WOD, of course. And Saturday night is the get together at Tommy’s place. Make sure you let him know if you can make it. Hope to see you in the morning and at night!
