OK, so this is a couple of days late, but I saw this video on squatting today from Chad Wesley Smith at Juggernaut Training. This is his squat 101 and I really like the way he teaches the squat. There are always variations depending on what you are training (Olympic vs. power) but these basics should get you squatting right. We talk about squatting all the time and are always fixing little things, but this video does a good job of hitting the basics and giving you a few really great cues that could help your squat go up. Like elbows down and in and keeping three points of contact with the feet. It’s a little long, but if you have time take a look.
