We are going to floor press today. This will be new for some of you but I am sure you can handle it. The floor press is similar to the bench press but you won’t have the same range of motion. We are going to do a floor press progression over the next few weeks to strengthen our chest and arms and hopefully improve our pushups for CrossFit workouts. If you have never done a floor press before, make sure you start slow and light. Take these five sets tomorrow to work up in weight so you can give yourself a good starting point for the cycle.
