We’re taking on Jackie tomorrow so brush up on that rowing technique. We will take some time to cover rowing again before the WOD, and hopefully you all get a little more comfortable on the machine. The video below is the best version of Jackie I have ever seen. It’s the closest race among the top CrossFit men in the world. Take note of the different rowing techniques. Which seems more efficient? Who is doing more work and possibly wasting energy? Notice that your stroke rate doesn’t need to be fast to have a fast time.
