SCHEDULE CHANGE: Starting Monday, October 14 we will now have a 7 a.m. class Monday-Friday. Since the 6 a.m. class was getting bigger and bigger we want to give you another morning option. This seemed to be the most popular choice so we go with it and hopefully alleviate some of the over-crowding at 6 a.m.

Some people have asked how to donate to Barbells for Boobs if they can’t make it on November 2. Here’s the link to our fundraising page online so people can donate directly to the cause. People can also bring donations to the gym and we will get them to the right place. Please pass this link along and tell everyone about this great event.
