We are going to do a little shoulder internal rotation work tomorrow. Check out the video below for a preview of what we are going to do. Getting your shoulders to work properly will help you lift more and feel better. We aren’t doing this stuff for the sake of doing it. We are looking to improve performance and feel better. Hopefully this helps some of you.
