The question of the day is “When do you become a real CrossFitter?” I guess I hadn’t really thought about this much until I read this article. Do some of you think like this? If you do I want to tell you right now that you became a CrossFitter the day you walked in the door. It doesn’t take conquering a specific skill or lifting a certain amount of weight. All it takes is your best effort every day. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
