Some of you have asked about a Halloween workout and since we don’t have a weekend that lines up perfectly we are going to celebrate Halloween on October 31! Convenient, right? That’s next Thursday, so get your costumes ready and come workout in your favorite get up. We will have some prizes for the best costumes in each class!
