I saw this video today and thought it might help some of you that have trouble keeping your elbows up in the front squat. It’s a pretty cool trick and will hopefully help you find the right position. Let us know if you want to give it a try and we can help set you up.

7 Sets of the following sequence:
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press (then down to a touch and go to start the next power clean)

With a partner row 3000 meters, switch every 250 meters
