So have you ever tried to get a significant other to work out with you? Have you had much success? Most of the time, trying to convince someone else to workout doesn’t work. But why? Here’s a great article with some tips for guys to get their girl into the gym. It’s written by a girl who lifts heavy and loves it. Far be it from me to offer up this kind of advice. I’m not stupid enough to try to write this and guys, don’t try to “fix it” – just listen and remember, it is not about the nail!
