Don’t forget that the Box Crawl is this Saturday! There is still time to sign up, but spots are filling up fast. For just $25 you get to visit all four CrossFit gyms in Grand Rapids and do a workout at each one. You also get a ticket to the Grand Rapids Griffins game that night.
