The final Open workout is upon us and it has one more thing we have never seen before – a workout for time! No getting saved by the clock in this one. You have to complete the full ladder to get a score for 14.5. Pacing and working in manageable sets will be key. Watch the video of the past champs doing it and notice how Froning, who eventually wins it, looks like he is never moving fast. He just stays at the same steady pace throughout. Plan your breaks ahead of time and don’t go too fast out of the gate.
