Big deadlift day on Friday! We’ll take the first half of class to find a new 1 rep max and then we will get the the benchmark workout Diane. If you have time throughout the day, try to prep yourself for deadlifts. Check out the Mobility WOD below on deadlift prep and ungluing your posterior chain. Better mobility means better positions and better positions mean better performance. Get to work on that high hamstring and come pull some big weight!
