A minor change to our upcoming events schedule. On July 12 we will no longer have a beach workout in Grand Haven due to the Grand Haven Triathlon taking place on the same day. We are working on another date and will let you know as soon as possible. We have been invited to workout with the CrossFit affiliate in the Tri-Cities Family Y in Grand Haven that morning. A couple of former 616ers opened the Y affiliate a little while ago and we are going to check out their place and do a WOD. If you’d like to join us please let us know.

The inaugural tubing trip is this Saturday on the Rogue River. Remember, the bus leaves at 12 noon, so be there before that. We will still have a Saturday morning workout and head up to the River immediately following. Hope to see you there!
