CrossFit Doesn’t Work. Well that’s the title of the this blog post I read today. The article goes hand in hand with my blog post from yesterday and how consistency is the key to success. The author of the article is referring to a friend that tried CrossFit once a week for a few weeks and didn’t get any results. It’s like they always say – working out once a week gets you once a week results. Or, as the author puts it:

Girls like Camille and Julie don’t just happen. They didn’t wake up like that (sorry, Beyonce). They take the time to train everyday, multiple times a day. They take the time to analyze eating for performance and be athletes.
Hell, those of us who aren’t elite still don’t just wake up and say “oh, I think I’ll look like a crossfit athlete today!”
