SCHEDULE NOTE: We will be closed on Monday, September 1 for Labor Day. Enjoy the holiday and be ready to go on Tuesday! (We will have a normal schedule during the weekend.)

Also, Wednesday, August 27 will be our first Wednesday Friends-day! We are designating the last Wednesday of every month as a day for you to bring someone new to try CrossFit. The workouts on these days will be designed to give people a great CrossFit workout without being too technical. If you have a friend that wants to try CrossFit, please bring them on a Wednesday Friends-Day! (Class times: 6 am, 7 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, and 6 pm)

One more thing! On Wednesday, September 3 we are starting a yoga class. Every Wednesday starting in September we will have yoga at 8 pm. You will need to bring your own yoga mat and the class will begin right after the weightlifting class. This will be a great chance for you to get more mobile and experience a different type of workout with great health benefits. Hope to see you there!
