This Wednesday is a Wednesday Friends-Day! Bring a friend (or two or more) to try CrossFit for the first time. All of our regular CrossFit classes will be tailored to new people so bring someone in at 6 am, 7 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm or 6 pm this Wednesday!

Front Squat 3×5 @ 80%
Back Squat 2×7 @ 60%

4 Rounds for time
10 Dumbbell overhead lunge right arm
10 Dumbbell overhead lunge left arm
15 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
Cash out with 750 m row
*Everyone must be on rower 15 minutes into WOD. If you have not completed four rounds, stop and move to rower at 15 minutes.
