Here’s a little Monday inspiration for you. Check out the video of Matt Chan and company swimming the Ironman course in Kona, Hawaii. Matt says his fitness level from doing CrossFit allowed him to complete the 2.4 mile swim. But one of the guys he swam with brings up the great point that going out and doing something like that helps his CrossFit performance as well. Like they say in the video, get outside and try something new every once in a while. Use all of that fitness you have in the real world!
