This Wednesday is the last Wednesday of January so that means it is another Wednesday FriendsDay. Bring a friend that has never tried CrossFit!

This Saturday is the in-house competition. I know there are a few of you out there that were debating signing up. Let us know ASAP if you still want in. We also need a few more volunteers to help out on the day if you don’t want to compete. Sign up for the competition or to volunteer today!

Also, registration for the CrossFit Open is live online right now. I know a few of you have signed up and we will have our team registered this week. If you have already signed up please log in and join our team. If you haven’t signed up yet, head over to the CrossFit Games site and join in the fun! This is a great way to experience CrossFit and feel the full effect of the CrossFit community. I’ve seen so many people accomplish things they never thought possible during the Open and I look forward to seeing more of you excel this year!
