Help us honor all of our American Heroes on Memorial Day by doing the hero workout Murph. Please take a moment to remember everyone who has served our country and honor those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice. Below is a video with the story of Lt. Michael Murphy who was killed in action in Afghanistan. Also remember that there are so many more that are just like Murph, who have given their lives for our freedom.

Thank you to all of you that have served and continue to serve our country. We do this workout in honor of you.

Although I feel this goes without saying after the words above, but we will be doing this workout rain or shine. Be ready to get wet.

Run 1 mile
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
Run 1 mile

Partition pullups, pushups and squats as needed
