Starting July 1 we will be adding a new class to the schedule. The new class will be CrossFit Elements and it will be a great way for people to try CrossFit without worrying too much about heavy lifting or really technical movements. We will teach people the proper technique of all the lifts, including the Olympic-style, but those movements will be done at a lower intensity.

Also, the Elements class will take the place of our current foundations program that is all one-on-one training at the moment. New people can sign up for Elements and graduate into the regular CrossFit classes when they are ready.

The Elements class will be held Monday and Wednesday evening at 7 pm and Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:30 am. We are not changing the CrossFit class schedule at all. There will still be a CrossFit class at 7 pm on Monday and Wednesday night!

This class is open to all of our unlimited CrossFit members, but if you just want Elements the cost is $85 per month.

We will have more details soon and the website will reflect these changes once we go live on July 1. Please let us know if you have any questions.
