We’re heading to the beach this Saturday! That’s right, the annual beach WOD at Grand Haven State Park is this Saturday at 10 am. This year we will be joined by our friends from Lake State CrossFit in Dewitt. Plan on working out for an hour or so and then hanging out for the rest of the day. Don’t miss it!
