More proof that CrossFit is for everyone and that it’s never too late to start your fitness journey. Check out 77-year-old Constance Tillet who says, “Get up and do it. Stop with the whining… Take care of yourself.” I don’t think I could’ve said it better myself.

But it’s about so much more than physical health and fitness. Constance has a new community of people that love and support her and that may mean more than anything. That is what CrossFit is all about. The Games are cool and competing is fun, but this community of people that support each other and help each other reach seemingly unsurmountable goals is what makes CrossFit great.

Please share Constance’s story with those you know that may be skeptical about CrossFit. I don’t there is a better example of what this is all about than her. And remember, next Wednesday, August 26 is FriendsDay, so it’s perfect timing to try something new!
