Remember that this Friday is our workout at the Orchard! We’re headed to Sietsema’s Orchard in Ada to workout and have some cider afterwords. We are meeting at the orchard at 5:30 pm and THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CLASSES AT THE GYM FRIDAY EVENING! We will close up at 4 pm to head over to the orchard.

Also, on Saturday, October 17 we will hold Barbells for Boobs. There will be t-shirts available, and everything will be pre-order only this year. We will have a shirt design soon for you to check out before ordering. We know you have already done a ton for the community this year, so we are keeping the event low-key and just taking shirt orders in advance. See you there!
