Workout for Wednesday, November 18
Weighted Pull Ups
5 Sets of 2 Reps
If unable to complete 5 strict pull ups (unweighted), do 5 Sets of 5 Reps of Negatives or Ring Rows

Work 30 sec, Rest 30 sec for 15 min
Double Unders or Double Under Practice
Wall Balls (20/14) (10’/9′)
Bar Muscle Ups (or C2B Pull Ups, Pull Ups, Ring Rows, Negative Pull Ups)
Work entire 30 sec each round. Rotate through movements each round. 5 rounds/15 min.
