It looks like the snowy season is upon us so it’s time for our annual request to wear a different pair of shoes to the gym to help keep the gym floor clean and dry. There are boot trays by the door so please store your wet shoes there when you come in. Also, plan on giving yourself more time to get around town and be safe out there! Thank you!

Remember we are closing early on New Year’s Eve. The last class of the day is at 4 pm and we close at 5 pm. We have just two classes on January 1 – 11 am and noon.

On January 4 we are adding a new class time at 9:30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. See you there.

A couple of you have asked about the In-House Competition on January 30. There is still room available, but spots are filling up. We will announce the workouts before registration closes on January 23 and they will be doable for everyone. Here’s the link to sign up now!
