It’s finally here, the last Open workout of 2016! We’ve had a ton of fun competing with you all this year and there have been a lot of amazing moments. From first muscle ups to PR cleans and everything in between, we have all seen how competing brings out the best in us.

It doesn’t matter what place we are in or who beat who. All that matters is that you gave it your all each week. You should be proud of that effort.

Looking forward to doing this one more time with you all!
