You know we love you all and want to be here for you whenever possible, but just wanted to ask a quick favor to make everything related to gym business run as smoothly as possible.

If you have any questions or concerns about specific gym business – your account, payments, classes, schedules, bringing friends, etc… Please run all of those through the gym email at info@crossfit616.com or call (don’t text) the gym phone at 616-780-8595. I think you can even text the email address if you must, but our gym phone does not receive text messages.

There is always someone at the gym during our business hours and that person can answer emails and calls during the day. The only time we may miss a phone call is if someone is coaching and there is no one else working – usually only the case early in the morning or from 9:30 to 10:30 am.

We know a lot of you have our personal phone numbers, emails and Facebooks, but we’re asking you to not use those for gym business please. It’s just getting too hard to keep up with it all if things are coming in from so many different places. And now that the gym has reached a certain size it just gets too hard to keep organized. And, sometimes I’ve got the day off ๐Ÿ˜‰

So if you want to hang out, grab lunch or get a beer hit me up on my personal number, but if you’ve got questions about your bill, please email or call the gym. Just trying to keep organized and serve you the best we can.
