Weekly Roundup!

1. CrossFit Regionals begin this weekend! Three regions compete this weekend – Pacific, California and South. The Regionals will be streamed live at games.crossfit.com. The workouts this year are some of the toughest yet and I am excited to see elite CrossFit athletes take them on.
