Next Monday is Memorial day and we will be doing Murph again to honor all those that have served our country and given their lives for our freedom.

CrossFit Hero workouts are named after men and women who were killed in action. We use these workouts to honor those people through our hard work and dedication to the task at hand.

These Hero workouts are meant to be hard. We are lucky enough to have the freedom to suffer just a fraction of what these Heroes have, and that suffering is just a small token of our appreciation.

When you approach a Hero workout you should always take a second to remember why you are doing it. And when you want to stop try to remember that those who sacrificed for us didn’t have the choice to stop. They kept going for us.

We have two class times next Monday – 9 am and 10:30 am. I hope to see you here to help us honor everyone who has paid the ultimate price.
