It’s Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend that has never tried CrossFit to any class today!

We are in the middle of the CrossFit Games season. The Open has ended and the Games are coming up in July. The final weekend of Regionals is in a few days. I love the sport of CrossFit. I love watching elite athletes do things that are extremely difficult and make them look easy.

But, that is not what CrossFit is all about. CrossFit is a fitness program that is accessible to anyone that is willing to put in the work. It is infinitely scaleable and can be modified to fit any individual of any fitness level.

The Games are a great way to market CrossFit and let people see what is possible. But that is not the core of this program.

Watch the video below with Garrett “G-Money” Holeve and you will see what I mean. This is what CrossFit is about for me.
