Hope you all had a safe and fun holiday weekend! We’re back to our normal schedule today.

Look, we love exercise. The health benefits can not be overstated. In fact, exercise may be the most important thing you can do for your overall (mental, physical, etc…) health besides stopping smoking.

However, exercise is not the most important when it comes to weight loss. That is almost entirely about what you eat.

Now, before you watch the video that explains exactly how this works, let me say reiterate that I am not devaluing the benefits of exercise for your health. All I’m saying is that if you want to lose weight and body fat, nutrition is pretty much all that matters.
