Wednesday, November 23 – Full schedule through 5 pm class. Close at 6 pm. No 6 or 7 pm classes.

Thursday, November 24 – Closed.

Friday, November 25 – 12 noon ONLY.

Saturday, November 26 – Full schedule – 8:30 am weightlifting and Elements. 9:30 am CrossFit.
