Here are a few different videos once again proving that CrossFit is for anyone. You don’t have to be fit to get started. You don’t have to be young. There are no prerequisites to beginning this fitness program. All you need is a good attitude and a willingness to try something new.

You’ll see this theme in the videos, but you don’t have to just accept certain changes in your life. Just because you’re getting older doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy life and make changes to your body.

Everyone starts this journey from a different point, but it’s the process that matters. There is no end point. We’re living a healthy lifestyle and perpetually working to be more fit. Why would I want that to end?
