Here’s a follow up on yesterday’s post about being sedentary all day and the negative health effects that come with it.

Dr. Kelly Starrett’s book Deskbound shows just how bad sitting all day can be. From chronic disease to poor posture and movement, sitting is killing us.

I’m not trying to sell his book, but if you sit all day and are looking for a plan to help you break out and feel better, Deskbound may be for you.

*Emphasis is on smooth and controlled reps with good hip hinge.
*Control the 4th rep to the floor.
