The In-House competition, just for 616 members, is January 28 and the spots are filling up. If you want to compete please click here to register today. There are scaled and RX’d divisions for both men and women and you are ALL capable of doing this!

Also, our Holiday Party will be the evening of the 28. The party is at Fifth Third Ballpark from 7-11 pm. There will be hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. We’re looking forward to celebrating another great year with you all!

Don’t forget to write your goals and PRs on the whiteboard in the back! We want to know what you want to achieve in 2017 so we can help you get there. You’ll notice that the goals board also includes space for your plan to get there. Let’s keep each other accountable this year and get to where we want to be!
