Friday Night Lights starts at 5:30 pm! We will review the workout and standards then get ready for the first heat of the night.

When you arrive, please sign up for a heat AND a heat to judge. Remember, someone has to judge your workout so do your part and judge someone else so the same people don’t have to judge all night.

50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
