Quick schedule note: Our Elements classes at 7 pm Mon, Wed, 8:30 am Tues, Thurs and 8:15 am Sat are now reserved for Elements members only. If you’re a CrossFit member we ask that you please come to a CrossFit class so we can dedicate as much time as possible to our Elements members.

There is now Open Gym time from 8:30-9:30 am on Tues and Thurs so you can come do the CrossFit workout if that’s the only time that fits your schedule.

And now it’s time to set our next matchup for the Thursday Night Open Announcement! I’ve heard there’s a possible matchup people want to see so make sure to get your request in ASAP!
