T-shirts and sweatshirts are in! If you want them, come and claim them! Please be patient as we pass them out to make sure everyone gets the correct shirt. There are a ton of colors that are similar so we want to get it right.

Also, you can see that we have some movements in the WOD that we will probably see Friday. This is a chance to practice those without destroying you. If you need to go lighter to keep from being sore please do. It’s not a ton of reps, but we’re going to grease the groove and be ready for 17.5. This will also give you a chance to practice your breathing pattern on these movements so you can pace and move at YOUR speed!
