Put this one on your calendar! Saturday, June 10 we will host the Inaugural CrossFit 616 Track and Field Meet!

The meet will be held at the Forest Hills Northern track and there will be events that everyone can participate in.

We will have more details on times and events soon, but we wanted you to save this date.

This track and field meet will be the workout of the day on Saturday, June 10. We will have Elements and Weightlifting class at 8:15 am, but the gym will close at 9 am so we can head over to the track.

Accumulate 5 min of Side Planks (5 sets of 30 sec on each side)
15 D-Ball Over the Shoulder Cleans
