It’s Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend to any class today to try CrossFit for the first time!

Remember we have just one class on Monday, July 3 at 9 am. And we are closed on Tuesday, July 4.

CPR class is July 23 and there is a sign up sheet at the gym.
