Remember that we have a USAW sanctioned weightlifting meet this Thursday. The meet will start at 6:30 pm. If you are lifting, weigh ins will be from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.

If you are lifting, please get with a coach this week to plan out your warm ups and openers so you don’t have to worry about that on meet day.
