Brian Oropallo

Brian Oropallo holds his CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certificates and has been coaching CrossFit for more than five years. He is also a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. He was able to train with world-class Olympic lifters to learn technique and coaching methods early in his weightlifting career and has been able to pass that knowledge along over the years. He has been CrossFitting since 2010 and can’t imagine going back to his old way of working out. Brian has a passion for teaching and helping people reach their maximum potential. He has worked in the sports industry in some capacity for 15 years, including college and professional athletics.

Cori Sullivan

Cori Sullivan is a Crossfit Level 1 and Level 2 certificate holder. Cori has been CrossFitting since January 2012. She has years of coaching experience in track and field as well as volleyball at area middle schools and high schools. Cori is a graduate of Physical Education and Health Education at Grand Valley and loves getting the opportunity to better the health of individuals through the opportunities that Crossfit and fitness have to offer.

Tom Sullivan

Tom Sullivan has his Crossfit Level 1 and Level 2 coaching certificates as well as his USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coaching certification. Tom is also a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. While he has always been into fitness, Tom began training with CrossFit in 2010 after his brother introduced him to it. He loves the community and positive atmosphere that exists in CrossFit gyms, which is just one reason among many that he will never stop CrossFitting. Tom studied Exercise Science for several years before changing his major and graduating with a degree in Physical Education and Health Education from Grand Valley State University. His love is teaching movement and experiencing people improving themselves beyond their perceived limits.
