Class Schedule

At CrossFit 616 we workout as a group. Everyone warms up together, works on strength and skill together and hits a WOD (Workout of the Day) together. The class times are listed below. Class begins promptly at the times listed. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to prepare for class. There are three individual showers available for your convenience.
