A Halloween Total

Happy Halloween! Time to get some strength numbers in the books. Some of you have never done this workout or any 1 rep max work, so this will be your chance to establish some baselines. Make sure to track your numbers. Without tracking it is very hard to measure improvement over time. It also makes it hard to know what weights to use in most workouts. We want to use percentages of our maxes, so if you don't know your maxes you'll just be guessing and not getting the appropriate intensity. Without that intensity you will not see maximum return on your work.
