Doing Workouts RX'd

Saw this article on CrossFit Hollywood's site. Rx-ing and Injury Prevention. Take a second and read it. I am sure you've heard these points before, but it needs to be said again. It can be frustrating to not Rx workouts. I know I get as down as anyone, but there is a point when it becomes dangerous to fight through a workout with bad form/technique just so you can say you did it Rx'd. Let's take care of ourselves, listen to our bodies and be better in the long run. We CrossFit to live healthier, more productive lives. It's a long journey and I want to enjoy it, and not constantly interrupt it to nurse injuries. Everyone is working hard, and it's inspiring. Thanks for all of your hard work. The Rx's will come!
