Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving and took some time to recover. Hopefully you didn't get too lazy or indulge too much. But if you did, now is the time to get back to work. More holidays are right around the corner, so don't delay. The beauty of training as a group is that we are all there to keep each other on track. Stay focused and help your fellow members stay focused. We'll be checking up on your diet during this challenging time of year. Don't waste the hard work you put in by filling your body with junk. Your body needs fuel, so give it some quality stuff so you can feel better and work harder.
