OK, so it's a day late, but saw this video as soon as I got home from the gym. Some great instruction for beginners on the deadlift and a great review for everyone. Take five minutes to watch this and think about the cues you were getting today and see if there are any tips that might help next time. Good work by everyone today! As usual, it is great to see the progress everyone is making.
