Time to get a number on the board. One rep max squat today. We need to establish this number so we can properly calculate percentages of it to do other workouts in the future. We don't do max efforts a lot, as they take a toll on the body and can interrupt our normal training routine, but we need to give ourselves a benchmark. Let's get ready to move some weight!
